This page explains who we are, what we do and do not do, and how we protect buyers, sellers and their information.

Who we are

7Baas is operated by 7 Baas Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15906014), with its registered office at Unit 3-4, The Pixmore Letchworth Business Centre, Pixmore Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1JG, United Kingdom. We run a marketplace and brokerage for companies that hold financial registrations and licences — electronic money institutions, payment institutions, money services businesses, virtual asset service providers, investment dealers and ready-made companies — and a platform for ordering related business services.

What we are not

7 Baas Limited is not a bank, electronic money institution, payment institution, investment firm or regulatory authority, and is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not give legal, tax, regulatory or investment advice. Buyers and sellers should take their own professional advice and carry out their own due diligence.

What "admin-reviewed" means

Before a listing is published, our team checks the seller's identity and authority to sell, reviews selected corporate, ownership and licence documents, and checks the company against public registers such as Companies House and the relevant regulator's register where available. A listing is published only when documents for its Deal Room have been provided. This is a screening process, not due diligence, an audit or a legal opinion.

Licences and change of control

Regulatory licences are generally not transferable on their own: a sale normally takes place by transfer of shares, and the regulator may need to approve the new owners before completion. No regulatory approval is guaranteed. Every listing page shows the licence type, jurisdiction and status as declared by the seller and reviewed by us.

Identity and business verification

Every buyer completes identity verification — an identity document, a liveness check and face matching through our verification provider — before signing an NDA. Companies are verified down to their ultimate beneficial owners, and everyone involved is screened against UK, UN, EU and US sanctions lists. See our AML & KYC Policy.

NDAs and the Deal Room

Seller documents are available only after an NDA is signed. The NDA is signed electronically with the signer's full legal name and a confirmation of authority; we record the version of the NDA, the time, IP address and browser, and issue a PDF copy. Deal Room files are kept in private storage, are never publicly accessible and can be downloaded only by authorised users through permission-checked links. Some listings provide the full document pack through a 7Baas broker on request.

Deal settlement

Where a transaction is settled through 7Baas, the buyer pays by bank transfer from an account in its own name into a designated Escrow Account held by 7 Baas Limited, kept separate from our own operating funds and used only for transaction money. Funds are released to the seller only when the agreed release conditions are met, or on the joint instruction of the parties; otherwise they are returned to the buyer. Our fees are deducted only as agreed. The Escrow Account is not a deposit or payment account and is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Payments to 7Baas

Invoices for our fees and services can be paid by bank transfer or, where offered, in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). Crypto payments are confirmed manually after network confirmation. Crypto-assets are not accepted for escrow deposits.

Data protection

We process personal data under UK data protection law, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Data is encrypted in transit, backups are encrypted, and staff access is restricted and logged.
