Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to everyone who uses the 7Baas Platform, including the website, client cabinet, Deal Rooms and the Telegram bot @Sbaas_bot.
1. You must not use the Platform to
- break any law or regulation, including anti-money laundering, sanctions, anti-bribery, data protection, securities or consumer protection law;
- launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or taxes, or conceal the origin or ownership of assets;
- commit or facilitate fraud, including impersonating another person or organisation, or using a false or stolen identity or identity documents;
- list a company, licence or asset that you do not own or are not authorised to sell, or that does not exist;
- publish false, misleading or incomplete information, or conceal facts that would be material to a buyer, including regulatory investigations, enforcement action, licence restrictions, disputes, debts or loss of banking;
- upload documents that are forged or altered, that you have no right to share, or that contain personal data you are not entitled to disclose;
- create more than one account, or a new account after we have suspended or closed yours, without our consent;
- circumvent 7Baas to avoid fees, including by contacting a buyer, seller or target company introduced through the Platform in order to transact outside it.
2. Confidential information
You must not copy, publish, forward or otherwise disclose Deal Room documents or other confidential information except as permitted by the NDA you signed — in particular, only to your professional advisers and financiers who need it to evaluate the transaction and who are bound by confidentiality.
3. Security and technical misuse
You must not: - attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, another user's account, a Deal Room or our systems; - probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform without our written permission; - upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code; - scrape, crawl or extract data from the Platform by automated means, other than through search engines in accordance with our robots.txt; - interfere with, overload or disrupt the Platform or the Telegram bot; - reverse engineer any part of the Platform, except as permitted by law.
4. Communications
You must not use the Platform or the Telegram bot to send spam, unsolicited marketing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or obscene content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
5. Responsible disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to admin@7baas.com and do not exploit or disclose it until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
6. Enforcement
If we believe you have breached this policy, we may, without notice: remove content or Listings; restrict access to Deal Rooms; suspend or close your account; pause or close a Deal; withhold release of funds where permitted by the Escrow & Settlement Terms; report the matter to the police, regulators or other authorities; and take legal action. We may also recover our costs.
